Thank you for visiting our website at www.urbanjuice.london. We want to welcome you to our services. By using our website and placing an order with us, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review these Terms and Conditions every time you place an order, as they may change from time to time.

We use PayPal and do not store your credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us.

All personal and sensitive information entered through our website including registration, login and all checkout information is captured securely through SSL.


All payments must be placed in advance before your order is processed.

All prices of juices shown include VAT.

We accept payment by credit card or debit card via the website. And we do not accept cheques or cash on delivery.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and once your payment has been authorised. Your booking is not confirmed until we have received payment.

All cancellations must be received no less than three working days before your delivery date. This must be made via email or telephone call, and confirmed by us via email.

No refunds will be made after delivery of our juices have been accepted and checked.

All Juice Deliveries are shipped via courier – a surcharge may apply on some delivery postcodes.

We offer a delivery service within Greater London. 

If your order is more than £120 then delivery is free of charge.

You do not have to be in to receive your order, however, a ‘SAFE PLACE’ must be specified if the juice is to be left.  Please note that all deliveries, which are made without being signed for are at the purchasers risk.  There must always be clear and accurate instructions. Your safe place may be for example: at a specified neighbours, back gate, inside porch, at reception etc. This information must be supplied at checkout.

On some occasions when inadequate instructions are provided, the driver may return the item to the depot. Urban Juice cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of deliveries once they have been correctly left as per your instructions or if your instructions are insufficient or unclear. If we are unable to deliver to the address that you have provided for any reason, we will attempt to contact you to make other arrangements.

We will normally contact you using the telephone number that you have registered on your account and it is your responsibility to ensure that you are available on this number.  If we are unable to deliver in such circumstances we reserve the right to charge you for that delivery.  If your parcel has not been received by 18:00, please immediately contact: nicky@urbanjuice.london, 07968318086

Please notify us of any product issues within 3 hours of delivery.  On receipt of the juices, unpack your juice and refrigerate, as this is highly perishable.


If Urban Juice is contacted 48-hours prior to the dispatch date we will either change your delivery date or issue a refund if required. Once delivered, due to the nature of the product we are unable to offer refunds or replacements unless notified within 3 hours of any defects noticed with your order.

The products supplied under our contract with you comprise perishable goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, which also means they are unsuitable for return unless they are found defective at delivery.


Please check with your General Practitioner before undertaking a juice program.  Please ensure that you have no allergies or medical condition, which may preclude you from following the juice program. if you choose to continue without consultation, you do so at your own risk.

All juices are unpasturised.

Allergens are all clearly labeled in bold.

Some of the products may not be suitable for those suffering with a nut allergy.  Please note that although juices may indicate that they do not contain nuts they are produced in an environment where nut products are used.


If following a cleanse programme it is possible that you need to be prepared for some side effects due to the detoxing regime. Please don’t worry about these as they rarely last more than 24 hours. 
Some possible side effects may include:

  • Headaches
  • Spots
  • Nausea
  • Tiredness

Important: If you do become unwell and the symptoms worsen, please do not assume it is the juice diet, you may be suffering from something unrelated. Consult your General Practitioner immediately.
